When a roofing contractor submits a partner request, we collect their name, company name, phone number, email address, service territories, and estimated volume needs.
We collect this information for one purpose: to match your quote request with one appropriate local roofing contractor and enable them to contact you about your project. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your information to data brokers.
We share your submitted information with one matched roofing contractor operating in your service area, for the sole purpose of providing you a quote. We do not send your information to multiple competing contractors, and we do not share it with any other third party except as required by law.
Contractors who receive your information through Shingle Scout are contractually required to use it only to respond to your request, and not for any other purpose. See our Contractor Terms for the obligations we place on contractor partners.
We retain homeowner lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to facilitate the quote process and resolve any disputes about lead quality, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Contractor partner information is retained for the duration of the partnership relationship.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit access to personal information to what is necessary to operate the service.
